Common questions
The timer has no sound in the browser
Browsers often block audio until you interact with the page. Tap Play once to unlock sound, check that the speaker icon is on, and turn up your device volume. Silent Mode on iPhone can also mute some browser audio.
How do I get help with the iOS app?
Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help. We usually reply within a few business days.
Is the web timer free?
Yes. The online interval timer and workout presets on timerpro.app are free to use in your browser. The Timer PRO iOS app is a separate product with extra features.
Where can I download Timer PRO?
Timer PRO is available on the App Store for iPhone. Use the App Store link on this page or search for Timer PRO.
