Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Timer PRO iOS app and the website at timerpro.app, operated by Ilia Kulbakin (“Service Provider”). The services are provided on an “AS IS” basis.

Effective date: August 9, 2026

Scope

“Application” means the Timer PRO app for iPhone. “Website” means timerpro.app and related pages (including the free online interval timer). “Services” means the Application and the Website together.

Information we collect

iOS Application

When you download and use the Application, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as:

  • Device and app identifiers used for analytics and subscriptions
  • Approximate technical data (for example IP address, device type, OS version)
  • App usage events (screens or features used, session timing, crashes)
  • Purchase and entitlement data related to Premium / subscriptions

The Application does not request access to your device’s precise or approximate location, and we do not use location-based personalization.

Workout settings and history you create in the app are stored on your device and, where enabled by the platform, may sync via Apple services you control (such as iCloud). We do not require an account to use the basic timer.

Website (timerpro.app)

When you visit the Website, we may collect:

  • Standard analytics data via Google Analytics (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google from IP, device/browser type, and events such as starting a workout)
  • Local preferences in your browser storage (for example timer settings, sound on/off, color scheme) — these stay on your device

The Website does not require you to create an account. If you email support, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.

How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Understand feature usage and fix crashes
  • Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Respond to support requests you send us
  • Comply with law and protect against abuse or fraud

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the Services to send marketing promotions unless you separately ask to be contacted for that purpose.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with service providers bound to process data only for us under appropriate terms.

Opt-out and your choices

  • Application: you can stop collection tied to the app by uninstalling it. You can also limit analytics/tracking in iOS Settings where Apple provides those controls.
  • Website: you can clear site data in your browser, use private browsing, or block analytics with browser/extensions settings. Timer preferences stored locally can be cleared with browser data for timerpro.app.
  • Support email: contact us to request deletion of information you sent by email, where applicable.

Data retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to the retention settings of our providers and for as long as reasonably needed to operate and improve the Services. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business records. To request deletion of user-provided information you sent us, email support@timerpro.app and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application is available on the App Store with a 9+ age rating, so it may be used by older children with a parent or guardian’s guidance. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children for marketing, and we do not ask children to create accounts or provide contact details to use the basic timer.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected personal information from your child that should be removed, contact support@timerpro.app and we will take appropriate steps.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
